Wykota Ranch is a very unique operation, one of the most unique in all of North America. Here at Wykota Ranch we not only do things the Sportmen & Ethical way, we do it the "Redneck" way to insure you get the most out of your hunting experience. So that when you do finally leave here you not only can't wait to come back, but you carry with you memories that will last a lifetime. Our motto here is "fire no warning shots, shoot to kill !!"

Our main headquarters speaks for itself, the original homested of 1898 has been redone with shiny hardwood floors, you would think it was built in the year 2000!

The bunk house (hunters quarters), was originally built in 1930, but it too has been restored to a modern yet rustic, how the West was won look!

We are nestled on 210 acres in the Rocky Mountains. We have hay meadows and rolling hills, lush Ponderosa Pines, 7 ponds, and a creek running thru the property.

We offer the best of everything, it doesn't matter what tickles your fancy, we have it all. We are a fully 1 x 1 guided hunting operation. All of our fishing trips, full day or 1/2 day, are 100% hands on guided, with a pond side lunch provided, as well as, the beverages of your choice.

We have a rifle range to make on site adjustments to your rifles before your adventure, as well as, a trap shooting facility to warm up on before your upland game bird hunt.

Big game hunts (whitetail, mule deer, elk, buffalo, black bear & antelope)

Up land game birds (pheasants, quail, & chukkar)

Small game (rabbits, squirrels, & prarie dogs)

Varmint hunting (bobcat, fox, coon & coyotes)

* We also have avaible upon special request the observation of Falconery hunting, this is a very unique art that takes a highly experienced Master Falconer, as well as, a highly trained falcon. With proper advanced notice we can arrange for you to witness how hawks, eagles, and falcons catch there prey in a natural wildlife setting. This is something all outdoorsmen and women should see.

Our 7 ponds are overly stocked with huge hungry fish (rainbw trout, brown trout, large mouth bass, crappie, northern pike, & walleye). Our angler motto here at Wykota Ranch is "it's catching" not fishing!! We hope that you find our accomidations suitable during your stay. There is enough room in our bunk house for the whole family, sleeping 7 comfortably. With a full kitchen and bath you can relax just like you were in your own home. Meals can be catered to your request or you can make them yourself. There is also a rec room on site with games and fitness equipement if you need to get a quick workout in before or after your time afield. I hope you find our century plus old (1898) accommidations so pleasant that it takes you back in time 100 years to the days of the Wild Wild West!
